The CT Technologists performs scans using computed tomography to create a cross section of patient's internal organs for medical analysis. They also prepare and administer contrast agents to obtain some images. CT Technologists may work in various clinical environments, such as the hospital or diagnostic imaging centers. Skills and Abilities Essential Technical/Motor Skills- Inputting data, calibrating equipment, answering telephone, speaking clearly, manipulating small items, fine motor skills, knowledge of body mechanics and CPR.
