Job Description

Launch a rewarding imaging career as an ARRT CT Technologist with a forward‑thinking hospital team delivering advanced care and exceptional outcomes ✨.

An award‑winning, patient‑first healthcare organization empowers a Computed Tomography Technologist to practice at the top of licensure within a culture of safety, compassion, and innovation. Recognized among leading Critical Access Hospitals and Five‑Star performers, the hospital invests in next‑generation imaging. This included low‑dose protocols, iterative reconstruction, advanced 3D post‑processing, while modern
PACS/RIS
workflows and rapid radiologist turnaround drive accuracy and speed. Mission‑driven leadership and community investment through scholarships, school partnerships, and volunteer initiatives elevate CT outcomes and professional growth for every ARRT CT Technologist.

In a small community hospital setting, the CT Imaging Specialist joins a tight‑knit Imaging Services department that balances outpatient diagnostics with ER and inpatient exams. Steady, manageable volumes support attention to detail, while cross‑training with general X‑ray expands skill variety and keeps daily work dynamic. Well maintained multi‑slice scanners, structured dose monitoring, and streamlined scheduling enable fast, reliable studies. Clear policies prioritize patient safety, comfort, and throughput across the continuum of care.

The Registered Radiologic Technologist CT reports to an Imaging Manager and collaborates closely with board‑certified radiologists, friendly nurses, and a diverse care team spanning the ED, OR, oncology, respiratory, and lab. Daily responsibilities include performing diagnostic CT exams, assisting with interventional and contrast-enhanced procedures, starting IVs per protocol, and managing radiation dose in line with
ALARA. A
comprehensive orientation and on-site physician access helps ensure confident decision-making in both routine and emergent situations. New graduates are welcomed into a structured pathway to train into CT under experienced preceptors and collaborative peers, with current state licensure and BLS, RT(R), and ARRT credentials valued.

Situated in a welcoming small‑town Eastern Montana region with big skies, the ARRT CT Technologist enjoys short commutes and a relaxed pace of life 🌄. Weekend adventures span rivers and lakes for fishing and kayaking, plus nearby state parks and public lands for hiking, camping, and scenic drives. Seasonal concerts, rodeos, and a lively county fair bring headliners and hometown talent together, while local cafes, bakeries, and farm‑to‑table fare showcase regional flavors. Four true seasons deliver warm, sunny summers and crisp, snowy winters ideal for ice fishing, snowshoeing, and cozy community gatherings. Affordable housing, strong schools, and a close‑knit community create an appealing quality of life that pairs perfectly with a fulfilling hospital career.

The ARRT CT Technologist will receive competitive compensation and a full suite of health and retirement benefits. Connect with a Clinical Management Consultants recruiter today to learn more and explore next steps! 📞
