Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Travel An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated Imaging professional with expertise in CT procedures. In this specialized role, you'll play a critical part in delivering high-quality diagnostic care while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent technical competence, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, acting as the frontline representative to patients and clinical staff.
Schedule:
Sunday day shift: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (on call) Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday night shifts: 7:00 PM to 7:00
AM Qualifications:
Proven experience performing CT imaging procedures Current ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography preferred Demonstrated understanding of patient safety and radiation safety protocols Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members Strong commitment to maintaining high standards in imaging quality and documentation Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
Responsibilities:
Perform CT scans according to physician orders and established protocols Serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout the imaging process Monitor and ensure patient safety at all times, including proper positioning and use of protective equipment Maintain and calibrate CT imaging equipment as required to ensure optimal operation Accurately complete patient records, documenting procedures performed and results Collaborate with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure prompt and accurate diagnostic services
