Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Bring your imaging expertise as a CT Technologist, specializing in both CT and X-ray modalities, to this rewarding contract assignment. As an integral part of the medical imaging department, you'll contribute critical diagnostic services for patients while collaborating with a supportive team.
Schedule and Hours:
12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) Shift rotation: Saturday and Sunday at Providence; Monday at Ballantyne 36 hours per week Includes working 75% of holidays as part of the contract
Key Qualifications:
Valid certification and credentials as a CT Technologist Experience and competency in CT and X-ray imaging procedures Proven ability to work independently during night shifts Strong knowledge of radiologic safety and imaging protocols Prior experience in hospital or healthcare environments preferred Flexibility to work weekends and required holidays
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine and advanced CT and X-ray procedures according to physician orders Prepare and position patients for imaging studies, ensuring comfort and safety Operate imaging equipment and input accurate data into patient records Maintain a safe environment, following proper infection control and radiation safety protocols Float as required between Providence (weekends) and Ballantyne (Mondays) sites Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
