Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate diagnostic imaging while prioritizing patient safety Maintain and operate radiology equipment with precision and care Ensure proper shielding and radiation safety for all patients Assist with clinical procedures such as EKGs, drug screenings, breath alcohol tests, and spirometry Process and manage radiology reports efficiently Provide exceptional patient support, ensuring comfort and clear communication Work as part of a collaborative healthcare team, assisting with patient referrals and triage Train and mentor new radiology team members Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor with patients, providers, and team members Uphold Mercy Urgent Care s mission, vision, and core values in all interactions What We re
Looking For:
Applied Science Degree in Radiology from an accredited college and registry eligibility Strong verbal and written communication skills A positive, patient-first mindset with a high level of emotional intelligence Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Willingness to collaborate, adapt, and grow within a mission-driven team
