$95,160 annually (approximately $45.75/hour)Sign-On Bonus:
$2,000, paid within 90 days of employment Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and dependable Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) to join the imaging department of a 15-bed Critical Access Hospital in Nebraska. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a competitive salary, day-shift schedule, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The ideal candidate will be Radiography certified through ARRT and have prior CT experience. CT certification is not required. Schedule & Call Requirements Day shift only Currently scheduled for four 10-hour shifts per week Schedule may transition to five 8-hour shifts On-call approximately 1-2 nights per week On-call every third weekend Rotating holiday coverage with other department staff Must be available for call-back as needed Call-offs require at least 2 hours' notice prior to the scheduled shift Qualifications & Requirements Associate degree required Current Nebraska Radiography license Current ARRT Radiography certification Current CPR certification CT experience required and must be documented on the candidate's work history at the time of submission CT certification is not required No minimum years of experience required Department Details 15-bed Critical Access Hospital Imaging department staffed by approximately 3 technologists Electronic medical record/charting system: Cerner Scrub color: No preference Jewelry/body adornments permitted within reason Benefits & Additional Information $95,160 annual salary $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid within 90 days of employment Day-shift position Permanent, full-time employment Flu vaccination required, or employees may be required to wear a mask during flu season No relocation allowance offered How to Apply Qualified candidates with current Nebraska Radiography licensure, ARRT certification, CPR certification, and CT experience are encouraged to apply.
