Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a crucial healthcare role, utilizing your expertise in CT and CT/PET imaging for a 13-week assignment. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong technical skills and a desire to deliver high-quality diagnostic care.
Schedule:
Days, 5x8s Participate in call rotation with two other technologists
Preferred Qualifications:
Active ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology Current BLS certification Demonstrated proficiency with CT and CT/PET modalities Prior experience with Siemens imaging equipment is highly valued Adaptability to rotating on-call duties as part of a collaborative team
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT and CT/PET scans, ensuring accurate and timely results for patient care teams Adhere rigorously to safety and infection control standards throughout the imaging process Prepare and position patients to obtain optimal imaging outcomes while prioritizing patient comfort and safety Accurately document procedures and maintain imaging records utilizing current documentation systems Respond effectively to on-call situations, collaborating efficiently with healthcare professionals across disciplines Maintain a thorough understanding of all imaging protocols and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
