Radiologic Technologist |
Imperial, NE Salary:
$95K annually Sign•on Bonus Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations per physician order and department protocols Ensure patient safety and image quality for all procedures Accurately document examinations in Cerner and maintain patient records Respond to on•call requests and callbacks as scheduled Participate in department and hospital quality and safety initiatives
Requirements Education:
Associate's Degree in
Radiologic Technology Licensure/Certifications:
Current State of Nebraska Radiography license Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification CPR certification
Minimum Experience:
None required (new graduates welcome)
Charting System:
Cerner experience preferred (training available)
Policies & Work Environment Unit Overview:
15•bed Critical Access Hospital; fast•paced with varied case mix
Scrub Colors:
No preference
Jewelry/Body Adornment:
Allowed within reason Call•off
Policy:
Must call in at least 2 hours prior to shift start
Vaccine Requirements:
Annual flu vaccine required or must wear a mask during flu season
Schedule & Staffing Shift:
Currently four 10•hour shifts per week (may change to five 8•hour shifts)
Weekend Rotation:
On call every third weekend
Holiday Rotation:
Rotating with other staff members On•
Call/Callback:
On call 1-2 nights per week and every third weekend
Typical Staffing:
Department staffed by a total of 3 technologists
