Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic healthcare role providing vital diagnostic imaging services to patients. This position offers the chance to utilize advanced technologies as an experienced CT and CT/PET Technologist, making an essential contribution to patient care within a modern clinical environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Certified Radiologic Technologist with CT modality certification Additional credentials in PET imaging strongly preferred Minimum of 1 year recent experience working as a CT and/or CT/PET Technologist Thorough understanding of safety protocols, anatomy, and cross-sectional imaging Proficient in the operation of CT and PET/CT equipment Strong interpersonal skills for patient communication and teamwork BLS certification required
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT and combined CT/PET imaging procedures according to physician orders Prepare and position patients while ensuring their comfort and safety Review physician instructions and patient medical histories prior to procedures Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure proper image acquisition and optimal workflow Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with regulatory standards Monitor equipment functionality, perform basic maintenance, and report issues promptly Utilize infection control and radiation safety measures throughout all procedures This contract opportunity provides the chance to work with advanced imaging technology and expand your expertise in both CT and PET modalities.
