  • Responsibilities
  • + Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders and facility protocols + Produce high-quality cross-sectional images for diagnostic purposes + Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures + Obtain patient histories and explain procedures clearly + Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams + Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records •Qualifications•+ ARRT Certification required + New Hampshire Medical Imaging License required + BLS Certification required + Minimum one year of CT experience + Minimum one year of travel experience + Level I or Level II Trauma experience within the last two years required + Acute care hospital experience required + Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program •Why This Opportunity?

tasheh@amergis.com The CAT/CT Scan Technologist produces computerized tomographic scanner radiographs of specific areas as ordered by a physician. These cross-sectional images provide detailed information about soft tissues, blood vessels, and bones, which are essential for accurate diagnostics. The CAT/CT Scan Technologist obtains patient history, explains standard procedures, and addresses patient concerns. The CAT/CT Technologist also performs a variety of specialized tasks involved in the performance of CT scans.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • + High School Diploma or equivalent + One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
+ Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging + A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications + Current CPR if applicable + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
