Our imaging services play a key role in supporting providers with accurate and timely diagnoses to enhance the patient experience. Position Overview We are seeking a Per Diem MRI Technologist to join our Bedford imaging team. The MRI Technologist will perform high-quality MRI examinations while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and privacy. This role is ideal for an experienced MRI professional seeking flexible scheduling in a collaborative outpatient environment. Key Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and established protocols. Prepare, position, and educate patients for imaging procedures. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the exam. Operate and maintain MRI equipment, promptly reporting technical issues. Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and NHOC standards. Qualifications Current ARRT (MR) certification required. Current New Hampshire state licensure required. Minimum 1 year of MRI experience preferred; outpatient orthopaedic experience a plus. Current BLS certification required. Strong communication skills with a focus on patient care. Flexibility to work variable per diem hours as scheduled. Schedule & Location Per diem role with flexible scheduling. Thursday, Friday, some Saturdays needed Based in either Bedford, NH or Nashua, NH Why Join NHOC?
