Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist with a specialization in MRI to join our team in New Hampshire. As an integral member of our medical imaging department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care through the use of advanced MRI technology.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans and related procedures in accordance with physician orders and department protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment to ensure optimal image quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and communicate MRI results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized MRI suite.
- Provide exceptional patient care and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Stay current with the latest developments in MRI technology and safety protocols.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an MRI Technologist (Required).
- Current ARRT (MR) certification (Required).
- BLS (AHA) certification (Required).
- NH License of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (Required).
- Previous travel experience (Preferred).
- Temporary NH MIRT License in effect (Free of charge and results within days).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
