An earned master's degree in the Radiologic Sciences, Education or related field Current ARRT certification and registration in radiography Current or ability to gain an active radiographer license in the State of Connecticut Minimum of three years' professional experience Minimum of one year teaching experience in face-to-face, online, hybrid, or laboratory courses within a JRCERT -accredited Radiologic Sciences curriculum

Preferred:

Graduate degree in Radiologic Sciences, Higher Education, Healthcare Administration, or another area relevant to health professions education or practice. Two years documented teaching experience in a JRCERT -accredited medical imaging program. Experience in online, hybrid, or face-to-face teaching methodologies that reflect culturally responsive and inclusive practices Evidence of effective teaching students from diverse backgrounds in an inclusive learning environment Experience in mentoring and academic advising undergraduate students from diverse backgrounds in an inclusive learning environment A record of professional productivity (i.e., scholarship and/or professional service) in the Radiologic Sciences.
