Short Description:
Directs daily activities within the department. Facilitates employee orientation and training. Performs area specific QA/QC procedures. Performs radiographic procedures in accordance with the ALARA concept. Assists physicians with radiographic procedures. Perform various operations using radiographic and associated equipment. Assures maintenance of all radiographic and associate equipment.
Experience Required:
Certificate of completion/Degree from an Accredited Radiograph Program. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience; biennial completion of minimum required CE credits to maintain required certification/accreditation.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
License/Certification Requirements:
Must be licensed by the NJDEPE and credentialed in radiograph and mammography by the ARRT. Current ARRT - American Registry Radiology Tech License. Current
