Job Overview:
The MRI Aide is responsible to meet and greet patients and confirm two patient identifiers. Properly screen patients verbally and review the written MRI safety form with patients. Properly get patients dressed prior to an exam. Is responsible for assisting in other areas of Radiology that pertains in assisting patients and techs. Help stock MRI room with proper supplies. Help assist Techs with setting up MRI room with proper coils to help expedite table time. Is responsible for loading the correctly power injector with contrast and saline. Responsible for scanning documents into Pac's and applying correct billing in IDX. Assist in obtaining cd's or film's for patients from file room. Help assist Techs with patient transfers via wheelchair or stretcher to MRI table.

High School diploma BLS through the
American Heart Association Scheduling Requirements:
