Job Description Orthopaedic, Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation Center (aka Orthocenter) is looking for a full time Senior X-ray Technologist to join our team. We are a rapidly growing Orthopaedic practice based in Red Bank, NJ and are seeking a team player who is eager to learn and grow with the company. The position may require traveling to various locations throughout Monmouth County NJ. Hours needed will vary. The x-ray technician will be responsible for preparing patients for exams and performing the necessary procedures to ensure patient safety. The ideal candidate must have a professional demeanor and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. C-Arm experience is a plus, but willing to train. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare patients for exams Obtain images according to orders Prepare exam rooms and equipment for patient use Ensure all equipment is working properly and maintain logs of maintenance needs Maintain professional image relations with physicians and patients Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality Perform routine patient prep/clean up as assigned in accordance with company policies Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisor
Qualifications:
Must possess NJ State license and ARRT certification. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to work flexible hours. Ability to handle physical workload including standing for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 lbs., bending forward/back, squatting, climbing stairs
Pay:
$43.00 - $45.00 per hour
