Job Description

Atlantic Surgery Center at Union is a multi-specialty ambulatory surgical center, located in Union, NJ. Our facility provides services to adult and pediatric patients. Specialties include GI/Endoscopy, podiatry, ENT, and pain management. We are seeking a Part-Time X-Ray Technician to join our team! This position includes duties such as: Performs x-rays as requested by the physician Assist positioning the patient accurately and safely for planned procedure Adhere to radiation safety protocols and guidelines Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging procedures performed Effectively operate and maintain imaging equipment with precision and care Perform other duties, as assigned Ideal candidate should possess the following qualities: Punctual and reliable Organized, detail-orientated and proactive Effective communication skills Flexibility Good team player Commitment to providing excellent patient service and professionalism
Hours :
Part-Time:
2-3 shifts per week, varying weekdays based on the procedural schedule
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday No weekends, holidays, or call responsibilities
Requirements:
Candidate must possess: ARRT Certification BLS Certification High school diploma or GED certificate
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience using a C-arm Previous experience in pain managment and/or podiatry Potential candidates may expect an initial phone interview.
