Responsibilities:
Maintains established policies, procedures, objectives and quality assurance, quality control, safety and MQSA standards. Prepares written documentation as required by profession and department; maintains follow up care on post biopsy patients and post-surgical patients. Performs radiographic examinations and all mammography examinations (e.g. screening, diagnostic, localization s, biopsies). Maintains equipment, supplies, and maintains clean and orderly area. Develops films including evaluating film for tech quality. Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops. Attends meetings as required

NM Radiography Tech Requires Completion of ARRT (R) or NMTCB Certification within 1 yr. after graduation.
