1 Description American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 3+ years of independent scanning experience and NY state licensure with injection privileges. Details Work in the MRI department of a 450-bed hospital Perform routine MRI exams on inpatient, ICU, and ER patients Use 3T Siemens Skyra and 1.5T Siemens Symphony scanners Not responsible for breast, cardiac, or prostate MRI exams Utilizes Epic EMR Monday through Friday schedule, preferred shift 5:00 PM-1:00 AM or 4:00 PM-12:00 AM 13-week assignment length Requirements Minimum of 3 years of MRI experience with ability to scan independently ARRT certification preferred or ARMRIT certification accepted Current BLS certification required Valid NY state license with injection privileges License required if applicable Current COVID vaccination card required for consideration Professional references required for consideration Additional Information Responsible for performing routine MRI scans on a variety of inpatient and emergency patient populations
