Job Overview MedCadre is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist

• Radiographer for a contract opportunity at a major acute care hospital in Elmhurst, NY.

The ideal candidate will have strong acute care experience and hold current ARRT certification along with an active New York State license. Responsibilities Perform diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders Ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort Operate radiologic equipment and follow radiation safety protocols Prepare and position patients for procedures Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and healthcare staff Follow hospital infection control and compliance standards Requirements Minimum 1 year of General Radiographer experience Acute care/hospital experience required Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT Certification Active New York State Radiologic Technologist License BLS Certification preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Additional Details Interviews conducted in person EPIC experience preferred Training/orientation will be approximately 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM
