full-time This is a direct-hire opportunity with our client. The selected candidate will be employed directly by the MRI center and not through a staffing agency. Job Summary We are recruiting on behalf of an established outpatient MRI center in Hollis, Queens seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for Part Time direct-hire opportunities. The selected candidate will become an employee of the MRI center and will work on-site operating a Hitachi Airis II MRI system, delivering exceptional patient care and high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and established protocols Operate and maintain the Hitachi Airis II MRI system Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout examinations Review and verify patient information and imaging requests Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow all facility, state, and regulatory guidelines Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care Qualifications Required ARRT Certification MRI Certification Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced imaging environment Available Schedules Part-Time Flexible scheduling available Evening and weekend availability preferred Compensation & Benefits Starting at $60.00 per hour Opportunity for higher compensation based on experience, certifications, and qualifications Long-term, stable employment opportunity 6 personal days annually after completion of one year of employment (full-time employees) Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity for career growth References Candidates must be willing to provide 2-3 professional references upon request.
