Job Description

Adirondack Radiology - Saratoga is looking for a FT certified Mammography and X-ray Technologist for the Saratoga Springs, NY location. Candidate must perform all x-ray and mammographic procedures with the use of appropriate technical factors, optimal positioning, and accurate identification producing quality images. Scheduled 5 day(s) per week - Hours 7:30am - 4pm 40 hours is expected. Willing to cross-training into Mammography.
Responsibilities:
Routine and Diagnostic Mammographic Imaging while responding to the needs of the patient Work Directly /Indirectly with the Radiologist Routine Daily, Weekly, Quarterly QA/QC testing
Daily X-ray Requirements:
NYS License American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Registration with an advanced certification in Mammography Graduate of an accredited ARRT program Maintain a minimum of 24 credits in a 2 year period remaining ARRT certified Maintain a minimum of 15 credits in a 36 month period immediately preceding the annual MQSA inspection remaining ARRT certified as a mammography technologist
