Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract role supporting patient imaging services in a leading healthcare environment. This opportunity is ideal for professionals experienced in X-ray technology who are committed to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.
Schedule:
13-week assignment 3x12-hour night shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 6:30pm - 7:00am
Required Qualifications:
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Registered Technologist certification by the ARRT (R) Active Ohio radiologic technologist license Proficiency in performing diagnostic X-rays and working in a fast-paced clinical setting
Key Responsibilities:
Operate X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretation Adhere to established safety standards for radiation exposure and patient care Prepare patients for procedures, explaining steps and ensuring comfort while securing necessary images Effectively document and transmit images and reports within hospital systems Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and medical staff to support comprehensive patient care Maintain equipment, supplies, and clean exam spaces in accordance with facility protocols
