As a travel X-ray Tech/Radiologic Technologist, you'll enjoy not only the scenic beauty and welcoming neighborhoods of northeast Ohio but also the opportunity to broaden your clinical expertise in a unique environment. This travel assignment offers a fantastic backdrop for personal and professional growth, immersing you in new workplace cultures and leadership perspectives while strengthening your resume. You'll enjoy a dynamic schedule, working three 12-hour night shifts each week—Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 7pm to 7:30am. The pace is fast, the team is collaborative, and your downtime offers plenty of opportunities to explore the region, whether you're discovering local cuisine, hiking nearby parks, or exploring the rich history of Ohio.
Desired Qualifications:
Valid ARRT(R) registration Active Ohio state radiologic technologist license Current BLS and ACLS certification Strong clinical skills in radiologic imaging, specifically X-ray procedures Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Prior travel or acute care experience is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality X-ray imaging for diagnostic purposes in accordance with physician orders Ensure patient comfort and safety through every phase of care Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, patient-centered care Accurately document imaging procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Troubleshoot and maintain radiology equipment as needed Provide support during weekend and night shifts to uphold optimal workflow
