Responsibilities Position Summary:
Performs CT examinations at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Communicates with radiologists and special imaging coordinator for exam protocols. Maintains optimal patient images with as minimal as possible radiation exposure through review of techniques/protocols and monitoring of radiation dosage. Call is required.Benefits:

Performs all CT exams in a professional manner obtaining consistently high-quality images. Maintains scheduled workload while accommodating adds on requests. Ensures radiation safety protection for self, co-workers, patients, physicians and visitors. Documents and records information required on Images in PACS, and Cerner Radnet system. Provides appropriate patient history to Radiologists and enters this information into PACS. About St. Mary's St. Mary's is a 229-bed, acute care hospital located in Enid, OK. - Registered by the ARRT or registry eligible. CT certification required within one year of employment and maintained thereafter.
- BLS required within six months of employment.
- Minimum two years as a registered x-ray tech.
- Previous CT experience preferred.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Typing and basic computer skills required.
- Must successfully complete the pre-employment assessment.
