AM Key Qualifications:
Current ARRT certification in CT Registered with NMTCB (for PET/CT consideration) Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required BLS certification Proven experience operating CT and PET/CT systems Ability to handle high-acuity cases with professionalism Strong attention to radiation safety and imaging protocols
Role Responsibilities:
Operate CT and PET/CT imaging systems to acquire high-quality diagnostic images Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring QA standards are met Practice excellent patient communication and safety Accurately document procedures and patient data in EMR systems Adhere to all departmental, local, and federal regulations
