Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced imaging professional with CT expertise. This position focuses on providing top-tier patient care and performing advanced diagnostic CT imaging exams in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) Current state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist Previous experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or clinical setting Strong understanding of CT imaging protocols and safety procedures Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Excellent communication and patient service skills Proficient with advanced imaging equipment and PACS systems
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT procedures according to physician's orders, ensuring patient safety and comfort at all times Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures and addressing questions or concerns Accurately position patients and select appropriate imaging techniques based on clinical indications Operate CT scanners and related equipment; verify image quality and adjust settings as needed Adhere strictly to radiation safety practices and infection control guidelines Document exam findings in the electronic medical record system Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare providers to deliver accurate diagnostic results Maintain detailed records and assist with departmental quality assurance initiatives This contract role provides a chance to work with advanced imaging technology alongside a skilled healthcare team.
