Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Advance your career supporting patient care as a skilled imaging professional, responsible for delivering both CT and X-ray expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract opportunity spans 13 weeks and demands a commitment to excellence and flexibility with weekend shifts.
Schedule:
3 x 12-hour shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 7am-7pm On-call coverage: Saturday and Sunday nights, 7pm-7am
Qualifications:
Valid certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Current registration with ARRT (CT) Active Oregon License (OBMI) Previous clinical experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist is strongly preferred Familiarity with Philips X-ray equipment and Konica plates, as well as Siemens CT scanners Proficiency in using NovaRad PACS and Meditech EMR systems Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT and X-ray examinations according to physician orders, prioritizing patient comfort and safety Operate and maintain Philips X-ray and Siemens CT equipment, adhering to established protocols Ensure accurate documentation of procedures within NovaRad PACS and Meditech EMR Communicate effectively with radiologists and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes Participate in after-hours call for urgent imaging studies as assigned Comply with all state, federal, and facility regulations concerning radiation safety If you're driven by providing critical diagnostic services and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting, this role offers the chance to showcase your technical and clinical skills.
