Job Description

Company Overview Two Rivers Surgical Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive neurosurgical spine care in a safe and comfortable environment. Our team of specialists works closely with patients and referring physicians to ensure seamless diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center specializing in spine and pain management procedures. This role is responsible for operating fluoroscopic imaging equipment to support physicians during interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of clinical care. Duties Operate and maintain fluoroscopy equipment for spine and pain management procedures (e.g., epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, RF ablations, Spinal Cord Stimulators and Spine Surgeries) Ensure proper patient positioning and imaging quality for accurate procedural guidance Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and surgical staff to ensure efficient workflow Prepare procedure rooms, including sterile setup and equipment readiness Verify patient identity and procedure details in compliance with safety standards Document imaging and procedural data accurately in EMR systems Monitor and maintain imaging equipment; report malfunctions as needed Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards (e.g., AAAHC) Requirements Proven experience with X-ray, CT scans, PET scans, mammography, DEXA scans, sonography, and other medical imaging modalities. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to diagnostic radiology. Current ARRT certification (required) Active state radiologic technologist license Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fluoroscopy, preferably in pain management or spine procedures Current BLS certification Strong understanding of radiation safety practices Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Pay:
$35.75 - $43.05 per hour
