Legacy Health, a leading non-profit health system renowned for advanced patient care and comprehensive health services, is seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our radiology team. Our network, spanning six hospitals and numerous clinics in Oregon and Washington, offers a robust platform for professionals seeking to impact patient lives positively. The CT Technologist will utilize cutting-edge imaging technology to provide diagnostic support across our facilities, participate in a collaborative team, and uphold the high standards of patient safety and care. Perform complex computed tomography imaging procedures in accordance with prescribed safety procedures. Interpret a physician's scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment. Monitor patient safety and comfort, and respond to any patient needs during procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and radiologic files. Assist radiologists with image guided diagnostic procedures and complex CT studies. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations concerning radiation safety and the use of radiographic equipment. Participate in continuing education to keep up to date with the latest developments in CT technology and techniques. Proficiency in CT technology including familiarity with its safety protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on patient care. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified and registered as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Current CT certification. State license as a Radiologic Technologist, as required.
