Job Description

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting by utilizing your expertise in CT imaging. This contract role calls for a professional who is confident in advanced imaging techniques, ensuring accurate diagnostics and patient safety at every step.
Preferred Background and Skills:
Certified in Computed Tomography (CT) Registered with ARRT (CT) Proficient in operating CT scanners and related imaging technology Strong grasp of anatomy, positioning, and imaging protocols Proven experience working in acute care or hospital environments Current BLS certification required Outstanding communication skills and a patient-focused approach Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Perform CT scans following physician orders and facility protocols Verify patient information and educate patients about procedures Ensure imaging quality and patient safety throughout the examination Accurately document imaging processes, maintaining patient records and privacy Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff to support optimal diagnostic outcomes Monitor equipment status and coordinate routine maintenance needs Apply infection control and radiation safety standards in all procedures Assist with other departmental tasks as needed to maintain efficient workflow
