Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Advance your radiology career as a skilled technologist by providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a contract setting. This 13-week assignment offers the opportunity to work with advanced technology and support patient care using your expertise in CT and X-ray.
Schedule:
12-hour shifts, 3 days per week (Saturday, Sunday, Monday) Day shifts: 7am-7pm On-call required Saturday and Sunday nights (7pm-7am)
Qualifications:
Valid ARRT certification in CT (ARRT-CT) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Active Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license Demonstrated proficiency in both CT and X-ray imaging Experience working with Philips X-ray rooms, Konica plates, and Siemens CT scanners preferred Ability to navigate NovaRad PACS and Meditech EMR systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality CT and X-ray diagnostic imaging procedures for patients across various clinical areas Accurately position patients and operate imaging equipment to obtain optimal diagnostic images Ensure all imaging documentation is complete and accurate within the NovaRad PACS and Meditech EMR platforms Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow healthcare professionals to deliver timely and efficient patient care Respond to after-hours call needs on assigned weekend nights with professionalism and urgency Strictly adhere to all safety, infection control, and privacy regulations This assignment provides invaluable experience working with cutting-edge radiology technology in a supportive healthcare environment.
