Key responsibilities include:
Conducting mammograms accurately to produce high-quality images. Applying knowledge of imaging techniques, patient care, and safety standards. Ensuring optimal imaging outcomes through judgment and technical skills.
Qualifications include:
Certification, license, or registration as required by state and national standards. Oregon Radiographer License and American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire. Registered Technologist in Radiography and Mammography, with Mammography registration needed within 6 months of hire.
Skills and attributes:
Technical proficiency in mammography equipment and imaging techniques. Strong attention to detail and patient-centered approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
