Job Description

Category Imaging - CT Job Type Contract Step into a vital healthcare imaging role where your CT and CT/PET expertise will directly impact patient outcomes. This contract opportunity is designed for skilled technologists ready to deliver high-quality imaging under a supportive clinical environment over a 13-week period.
Schedule:
Flexible options: 4x10-hour shifts or 5x8-hour shifts per week Consistent 40 hours weekly to support work-life balance
Qualifications:
Current registration with the ARRT (Computed Tomography) Active Pennsylvania radiologic technologist license Proficient experience operating CT and/or PET/CT equipment Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, with excellent patient care and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a broad range of CT and/or PET/CT examinations according to established protocols, ensuring optimal image quality and patient safety Verify physician orders, patient identification, and procedure accuracy Prepare and safely administer contrast agents as necessary Oversee patient comfort and monitor for safety concerns throughout the imaging process Collaborate with radiologists and other clinicians to relay results and support diagnostic care Document patient information accurately in electronic medical record systems Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring adherence to regulatory and departmental standards Working in this role, you'll participate in a high-functioning team environment and help advance patient diagnosis and care plans using cutting-edge imaging technology.
