Job Overview We are seeking a part-time dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist (RT) to join our dynamic healthcare team in Hermitage, PA. In this vital role, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients . Your expertise will contribute to accurate evaluations, ensuring patients receive timely and effective care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your technical skills and medical knowledge make a real difference in patient outcomes. Responsibilities Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety. Operate xray equipment. Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and radiation safety protocols during all procedures. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to perform diagnostic evaluations. Maintain detailed records of imaging procedures, patient data, and equipment logs for accurate documentation and quality assurance. Stay current with technological advancements in medical imaging and participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in emergency medicine, urgent care settings, and diagnostic radiology. Skills Extensive knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Proficiency in operating X-ray imaging modalities.
