The Xray Technician will be responsible for performing radiological exams, maintaining radiation safety protocols, operating radiology equipment, and providing support to medical staff in a fast-paced urgent care setting. New Graduates are encouraged to apply.. Duties Perform X-ray examinations on patients following established protocols and safety standards. Collaborate with physicians to determine the appropriate diagnostic evaluation needed for each patient. Ensure the comfort and safety of patients during imaging procedures, utilizing aseptic techniques as necessary. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation for diagnostic purposes. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and cleanliness. Skills Proficient in X-ray technology and medical imaging techniques. Knowledge of anatomy to accurately position patients for optimal imaging results. Experience in urgent care settings or Level II Trauma Centers is preferred. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and emergency medicine protocols. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety guidelines. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in patient care.
