Summary Responsible for performing MRI procedures on patients of every age utilizing approved techniques and producing quality scans for physician interpretation. Responsibilities Reviews medical record for patient history and clinical data for correlation with MRI Provides Services Excellence by using the "AIDET"
Technique:
Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You. Positions patients, explains procedure, and provides patient education Performs MRI procedures on patients of every age utilizing approved protocol. Displays knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, pathology, and/or physiological data to obtain optimal studies Operates MRI equipment and monitors function of equipment. Recognizes malfunctions and needs for servicing. Takes appropriate steps to report those needs Qualifications Current SCRQSA license, ARRT certification required. Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program required. Benefits
