1 Description American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification and a minimum of 1 year of experience for a 13-week assignment. Details MRI unit supporting both inpatient and outpatient scanning Utilizes GE 1.5 Signa EchoSpeed, GE 1.5 Signa Voyager, GE 3T Signa Excite, and Hitachi (Fuji) Oasis Open Air equipment 4x10-hour day shifts scheduled Friday/Monday 3:00 PM-11:00 PM and Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM for 40 hours total Responsible for transporting patients after hours Requirements ARRT MR or ARMRIT certification required Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience Comfortable scanning implanted devices, including non-conditional pacemakers Comfortable working with pediatric and sedated patients License required if applicable Additional Information First-time travelers will be considered for this position Travel pairs or groups are not accepted Former staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted Core onboarding items and labs must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing
