Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) to join our team. In this role, you will perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging while contributing to the overall success of our clinic. Because we are a small family practice, our LMRTs often wear multiple hats and play a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Perform limited-scope radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and Texas Medical Board regulations Prepare patients for imaging, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation Operate and maintain X-ray equipment according to safety standards Assist with additional clinical and administrative tasks as needed (training will be provided) Support front and back office operations when required Collaborate closely with providers and team members to ensure efficient patient flow What We're Looking For Current Texas LMRT certification (required) Strong technical skills in radiographic imaging Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset Adaptability and willingness to work outside your comfort zone — we are a small clinic, so you must be forward-thinking and open to learning new tasks Team-oriented attitude: We are a true team clinic where everyone helps everyone.
