In Person About Us We are a growing medical group providing urgent care, family practice, and occupational health services throughout the Gulf Coast region. Our clinics focus on efficient, patient-centered care while supporting both individual patients and local employers with occupational medicine services. Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Licensed Radiology Technician (MRT) for a hybrid clinical role combining digital X-ray responsibilities with occupational health support services. This position includes routine X-ray duties along with participation in occupational medicine workflows such as drug screens, physical testing, employer services, and general clinical support. This is an excellent opportunity for an MRT looking for a more dynamic outpatient role with expanded responsibilities beyond traditional radiology duties. ResponsibilitiesRadiology Duties Perform high-quality digital X-rays in accordance with state and federal guidelines Position patients properly while ensuring comfort and safety Upload and manage imaging within the EMR system Maintain and calibrate X-ray equipment Follow radiation safety and infection control protocols Occupational Health & Clinical Support Perform occupational health drug screens and collections Assist with employer-related physicals and testing workflows Support breath alcohol testing, vision testing, audiometry, and spirometry (training available if needed) Assist with patient intake, rooming, and documentation Maintain accurate chain-of-custody procedures and compliance standards Help support efficient patient flow within the clinic Additional Clinical & Administrative Support Greet and check in patients as needed Verify insurance and collect payments Assist with scheduling and patient communication Support front office operations during high-volume periods Qualifications Current Texas MRT license required Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient environment Experience with EMR systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior urgent care, occupational medicine, or outpatient clinic experience preferred DOT drug screen collection experience is a plus (training available) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly compensation based on experience and responsibilities Consistent Monday-Friday daytime schedule Medical and dental insurance available 401(k) benefits available Supportive and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to expand occupational health skillset and certifications Long-term growth opportunity within a growing healthcare organization
