About the Role Dean's Professional Services is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented X-Ray Technologist to join a dynamic healthcare team in Houston, TX . This is a floating role across premium clinic locations in the Greater Houston area (including Bellaire, Pearland, Sugar Land, and the Texas Medical Center). Assignment locations are provided well in advance on a daily or weekly basis. You will remain at one assigned site per day—absolutely no intra-day travel is required. Whether you are an experienced tech looking for clinical variety or a new graduate eager to build a diverse skill set, this high-impact position offers an incredible opportunity to grow your career. Responsibilities Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures in strict accordance with physician orders. Position patients accurately and safely to minimize retakes and obtain optimal imaging results. Administer appropriate radiation doses while adhering to safety standards and ALARA principles . Ensure patient comfort, safety, and proper identification verification throughout the entire imaging process. Prepare, calibrate, and maintain imaging equipment and exam rooms to ensure clinical readiness. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure full compliance with regulatory and healthcare standards. Collaborate seamlessly with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and top-tier care delivery. Qualifications (Required)

License:

Active Texas MRT license is required .

Certification:

Current ARRT certification is required .

Education:

Associate degree or completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.

Experience:

Open to New Graduates! •

Core Skills:

Strong knowledge of radiologic safety practices, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt easily to different outpatient clinic environments.
