Job Description:
Shift:
Monday- Thursday 11:00pm
- 7:30am
- Part Time/ 32 hours week
- + Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, providers, team members, and others of diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- + Knowledgeable in all aspects of Diagnostic Imaging to include Surgery and Trauma + Ability to analyze and assess data, techniques, methodology, equipment operation, and quality control to ensure that information is obtained and presented accurately + Up-to-date knowledge of patient positioning and equipment operations, including x-ray producing equipment, if applicable per facility + Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with patients and their family, hospital staff, nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals + Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the health care industry + Able to fully use all Radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office + Patient care skills to care for Infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patient populations + Must be able to independently perform radiographic procedures to departmental standards + Ability to learn and use radiology software packages such as Cerner, Radnet, PACS, etc.
Education:
- + Associate [Preferred] + Bachelor's [Preferred] + High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Work Experience:
- + 1+ year experience preferably in radiology or a new graduate of accredited radiologic technology program
Licenses and Certifications:
- + Registered Technologist
- Radiography (RT(R) (ARRT))[Required] + Medical Radiologic Technologist License with Texas Medical Board (MRT)
- [Required] + Basic Life Support
- CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

Pay Range:
- $22.24
