Job Description
Join our new, state-of-the-art imaging center with a mission to provide exceptional diagnostic imaging services in a patient-focused environment. We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to oversee daily imaging operations and help establish best practices in our new facility. This role combines hands-on scanning responsibilities with leadership duties, including workflow coordination and quality assurance. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, organized, and passionate about delivering outstanding patient care. Perform high-quality Mammography screening and diagnostic exams scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols Ability to perform CT scans as well would be beneficial but not required Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and infection control policies Collaborate with radiologists, referring providers, and administrative staff to optimize patient care Monitor equipment performance and coordinate service when needed. Maintain all MQSA standards and requirements Support scheduling efficiency and patient throughput Participate in accreditation and quality improvement initiatives
