Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Ultrasound Tech / Sonographer specializing in 3D and 4D elective imaging to join our dynamic imaging team. In this role, you will utilize advanced ultrasound technology to produce detailed three-dimensional and four-dimensional images of developing fetuses, providing expectant parents with memorable and accurate visual experiences. Your expertise in maternal-fetal medicine, anatomy, and medical imaging will ensure exceptional patient care and precise diagnostic results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical proficiency with compassionate patient interaction in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities Perform high-quality 3D and 4D ultrasound scans of pregnant patients, capturing detailed fetal images for elective imaging purposes Apply thorough knowledge of maternal-fetal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology (Ob/Gyn), and physiology to guide imaging procedures effectively Maintain strict aseptic technique and adhere to infection control protocols during all examinations Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure a comfortable experience Analyze anatomical structures using advanced sonography skills, ensuring accurate identification of fetal features and conditions Document findings meticulously in accordance with medical terminology standards and facility protocols Collaborate with healthcare providers to support diagnostic radiology assessments and patient care plans Requirements Proven experience as an Ultrasound Tech or Sonographer, with a focus on 3D/4D imaging preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and diagnostic radiology principles Proficiency in medical imaging equipment operation and sonography techniques Familiarity with maternal-fetal medicine practices and Ob/Gyn procedures Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams Ability to maintain aseptic technique and follow strict infection control guidelines Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent credential preferred Knowledge of patient care best practices, including empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail Join our team to deliver exceptional elective imaging experiences that bring joy and clarity to expecting families.
