Certification Full Job Description Role:
Mammography Technologist Responsibilities:
Perform quality mammography procedures and assist radiologists with special breast procedures Provide advanced imaging services including ultrasound, CT, PET, digital mammography, interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine Ensure clear communication, build collaborative relationships, and promote a positive patient experience Maintain accountability for performance and seek professional growth opportunities Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on excellence in imaging care
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist Program meeting MQSA standards Current Basic Life Support certification American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (M) or ARMRIT certification Texas Department of State Health certification Minimum of 1 year work experience; ARRT (R) certification required, with an ARRT (M) license to be obtained within one year of orientation
