Job Description

Category Imaging - CT/X-Ray Job Type Contract Empower quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting as a skilled professional working with cutting-edge CT and X-ray technologies. This contract position offers an impactful opportunity to support diagnostic and interventional imaging for a diverse patient population.
Schedule:
3x12-hour weekend day shifts (Friday through Monday)
Key Qualifications:
Graduate of a Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Accredited Radiography Program or equivalent Active Washington State license Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Current American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification (on hire or within orientation) At least 2 years of experience in an additional imaging modality, preferably in a hospital environment Advanced CT experience required Prior travel assignment experience preferred Strong competency in all relevant components of radiography practice Demonstrated ability to assess, observe, and communicate effectively with patients Ability to read and interpret radiology reports and requisitions
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform a range of diagnostic imaging procedures including CT, X-ray, fluoroscopy, and C-arm imaging Apply strict principles of radiation protection for patient and staff safety Exercise professional and ethical judgment at all times Provide exceptional care and reassurance to patients throughout their procedures Remain vigilant in identifying patient conditions requiring immediate medical intervention and initiate life support measures as needed
