In the Radiology / Medical Imaging department, a Medical Imaging Technologist will thrive in an advanced imaging technology environment tailored to a community hospital setting, with diverse modalities spanning digital radiography, fluoroscopy support, portable studies, and collaboration with CT, MRI, and ultrasound teams; a Diagnostic Imaging Technician will appreciate how this scenic Pacific Northwest location fosters purpose and balance while the unit's efficient throughput, friendly access, and competitive benefits support an outstanding care experience.

Reporting directly to an Imaging Manager and collaborating daily with Lead Radiology Techs and board-certified Radiologists, the X-Ray Tech is supported by dedicated preceptors, educators, and supportive leadership; responsibilities include producing high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring ALARA-based radiation safety, assisting with fluoroscopic procedures, performing portable and OR cases, maintaining QA/QC, optimizing

PACS/RIS
documentation, and delivering compassionate, culturally sensitive care alongside friendly nurses and a diverse team of technologists, physicians, APPs, transport, and scheduling professionals who value mutual respect, autonomy, and continuous learning.
