Job Description

Schedule/Hours :
Shifts can be a mix of 10-hour and 12-hour days and nights Assigned shifts with a schedule posted at least two weeks in advance Some weekend and holiday shifts, as needed based on the department's requirements Occasional call may be required (45-minute response time)
Qualifications :
Current ARRT RT(R) certification Valid BLS certification Proficiency in all General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and OR imaging exams Ability to float between General X-ray, Fluoroscopy, OR, ED, and Portables Experience with EMR (specifically EPIC) and PACS (SECTRA) Familiarity with GE (X-ray, Fluoroscopy, portables), Shimadzu, and OEC C-Arm equipment
Key Responsibilities :
Operate four general X-ray rooms and two fluoroscopy suites Perform a variety of imaging studies, averaging 80-100 per day in a 24-hour period Collaborate with imaging supervisors and modality lead techs Ensure professional appearance—any color, tasteful scrubs permitted (hospital-provided scrubs for OR staff) Participate in an initial three-day orientation to acclimate to department protocols
