Vancouver Heights Imaging (Outpatient) + PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center (Level II Trauma Center), Vancouver, WASchedule:

- + Greet patients.
PACS/RIS.
Communicate results pathways. + Escalate urgent findings. Support trauma team workflows. + Help keep the day moving—prioritize, reset rooms, and remove bottlenecks. + Coach newer team members. Share best practices that reduce dose and repeats.- Schedule, Balance, and Stability
- + Full‑time, day shift (0.9 FTE) across outpatient + hospital. + Four 9-hour day shifts for consistent days off and predictable recovery time. + Strong, visible leadership that values people over quotas and supports continuous development. + Inclusive, team‑oriented culture where everyone belongs.
