PM Qualifications:
Certified MRI Technologist with active ARRT (MR) certification, or equivalent experience Proven proficiency with MRI imaging protocols and safety procedures Previous experience using MRI equipment in a clinical or hospital setting Strong patient care and communication skills Ability to work assigned weekend and holiday shifts when applicable Commitment to maintaining accurate records and ensuring privacy Willingness to participate in in-depth interviews and a second manager interview
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physicians' orders and established protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety Maintain imaging equipment and monitor its performance, promptly reporting any issues Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes Complete required documentation and electronically archive images in the system Adhere to infection control and safety standards at all times Remain available for regularly scheduled shifts, including holidays that coincide with shift rotation
